Did anyone ever question those signs after looking at the spikes? Do we really need a demonstration? See there flat tires, and a quote from an expert - yep, tire damage. I’ve always always heard that playing Russian Roulette is a bad idea. Perhaps the reporter can do a demonstration for us checking that out.

Comedy show, but its still better journalism than 60 Minutes ’ “Out of Control” - I mean, the spikes actually did damage the tires, without any special rigging.
